The Chip Barons Ball took place this weekend and had a star studded "Oscars" theme. Actors posing as papparazzi greeted guests as they arrived down the red carpet. Awards were made to sponsors for "Best Supporting Role" and a "Lifetime Acievement" award was presented to Briar Wilkinson of Drywite Ltd by yours truely. A choclate fountain the size of Mount Everest greeted everyone in a room off to the side of the main bar. This room also displayed the 80 odd raffle prizes that went to the 300 guests attending.
